Terms of Service

Last updated: 31 May 2026
⚠ Template notice: This is a starting-point draft, not legal advice. Have it reviewed and adapted by a qualified lawyer before relying on it.

These Terms govern your use of the NaviPlan web application and website (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

NaviPlan helps you plan and optimise multi-stop routes. We offer a free tier and paid plans (Pro and Business) with additional features. We may update, add or remove features over time.

2. Plans & billing

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it, overload third-party data providers, or use it for unlawful purposes.

4. Routes are estimates

Optimised routes, distances, times, fuel, toll and CO₂ figures are estimates generated from third-party data and may not reflect real-world conditions (traffic, closures, restrictions). You are responsible for driving safely and following all laws and road signs.

5. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers (maps, geocoding, routing, weather, payments). We are not responsible for their availability or accuracy, and their terms apply to their portions of the Service.

6. Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NaviPlan is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which NaviPlan operates. (Specify your governing jurisdiction here with legal counsel.)
